In Serbia, finding good wheel rims is almost imposible. And if you find them, prices are very high. For example, I payed my rims 120 EUR. This is almost 160 USD. But, this rims are old. Here, on this site, they are selling new rims.
Really the wheels are very expensive in Serbia. We like to use original steel wheels 145 x 13 for pneus 145x80x13 other 165x70x13. But we can only used unities to become, each costs since 20 to 30 u$s. There are many offices that remake and paint them like a new. New models only from R12, thay look similar but they are a little different, they pass in rear and not in front.
Of course, there are people that use alumminium wheels, the price you saw in Deremate.com
